To kick off Q2 2021, I have created the
State Secret Karma & ALTT Reward initiative. This is a

+XXX amount of karma rewarded to users for their contributions, as well as
ALTT dead drop rewards +XK | +XXK | XXXK, currently representing 1.8% of the
current ALTT distribution. This scheme is at the discretion of the President.
