I don't consider it is a scam, they don't ask for funds, so nothing  funds involved, except  your valuable time. We can not blame them, it just they don't succeed, crypto was booming and unfortunately it goes to south. Maybe in future, they will unlock your funds and you will be rewarded with your patient.

they are scam, I have been with that project right from when it started and until now. I also noticed that the website is no longer accessible. So even if It was not scam, but they are out for business
