The latest issue of Rising Blockchain magazine, in their opinion, lists the top 10 blockchain protocols, but the list does not include bitcoin.
The 10 blockchains listed are those that, in the editors ' opinion, "will bring changes to the world in 2019 faster than other protocols." At the top of the list is Graphene Protocol, which created EOS, Steem and Bitshares.
Bitsharees and Steem are better than Ethereum?
The ratings do not contain a comprehensive explanation. Speaking of EOS, the journal mentions that the EOS is the mechanism of cancellation of the transaction through the concept of "court of Arbitration". BitShares is on the list before Steem, Steem though, probably has more users than most of the platforms that can be called.
On the other hand, BitShares had a very tough year in 2018. To begin with, BitUSD has lost its peg to the dollar. In General, BitShares has invested less than a quarter of a billion. Compared to EOS, BitShares shouldn't be in the top 10 list at all.
Ethereum took second place in the ranking

NEO, of course, included in any list where there is Ethereum, although after a few years since AntChain, he hasn't got a big success. However, there are dozens of decentralized applications on NEO that nobody talks about.
