Unreliable: Telegram TON network will start by October 2019

Agreements on the purchase of Gram tokens used in the messenger's own blockchain network will be canceled if Telegram Open Network (TON) is not launched by October 31, 2019. The purchase agreement with the specified conditions was received posted on the Scribd information resource.

The agreement details the legal intricacies of the purchase of Gram tokens, as well as the rules for different jurisdictions regarding the distribution of tokens. In particular, it States that if the network is not launched before October 31, 2019, the contract will be considered invalid.

Although the document contains the name of the founder of the encrypted telegram messenger Pavel Durov, it is not signed or dated. The document also contains the address of Harneys-the law office in the British virgin Islands, where the Telegram is registered.

According to the document, the company intends to create and issue a new digital currency called "Gram" after the development and launch of its own blockchain platform-the TON network. Sources familiar with the issue recently reported that TON could be launched as early as March 2019.
