It seems like like! They are moving to IEO to close the offering to investors. They might not needing the hunters to advertise their project because exchange already had a lot of investors. Let just wait how time fold for this new way of initial offering.

it is obvious that every project must own a community. without a community, you may not get investor. the community is the bedrock of evvery project. they have alot to say about your project. you can't stop talking about hunters because you need the market. the hunter introduce your business to the market.

Thats the trend and everyone is copying that trend but there are still ICOs still doing traditional ICOs and not IEO. They are confidence that they doesnt need the help of an exchange to raised funds.

I saw a lot of crypto exchange projects in 2018 and many of them succeeded in getting funds from the sale of tokens during ICO.
Binance has a high level of crypto trade and recently they will launch a DEX exchange in April.
