The decision to reduce the number of slots in the campaign was taken by the founders. During the first week they will observe the result and the effectiveness and in case of positive results the number of places will be increased.
All payments will be made on time within the specified time or even earlier. Some weeks ago the first round of the campaign ended on btt forum, and everyone had already received payments. You can look all information on btt thread and make sure that the project is not a scam.
You can also contact the moderator if you have doubts. They all know about the project from the first day of its representation on the forum; there has never been a case for doubt.

But you have changed the rules during the campaign. How people can trust you now? Maybe you will change the rules again at the end of the campaign and the half of participants lose their stacks. Now you have bad reputation.
