Agree on you, past three months was the best time to invest on it, and its hard to say that i dont invest on this time because i dont have enough fund after what happened last year. after a series of market observation, i am still confused on when to enter the altcoin market. currently, BTC/altcoin markets are  terribly bad at the moment.
when do we start seeing a change please. someone said the altcoins market becomes effective when their is a consolidation on btc/usd market.

I think today is the right time to do that.  You should invest now,  buy altcoin  and bitcoin then hold them.
I see the crypto market is recovering now.
It will rise  again,  month by month the price will rebound.
I have bought ethereum,  bitcpin,  ripple and litecoin.
