A majority of hack cases are intened, which are scam actions. It's not that easy that we see hack happens day by day. But we don't have solid proofs to prove any cases. The ultimate solution is using DEXes but yet there's not enough attention to get a decent volume DEX.

well there will always be some exchanges who will be a victim to that. We will see it again in the future if any exchange fails in its security. The only solution is for the exchanges to toughen it's security

Security is growing more important everyday, because everything can be access online.  I believe through years crypto and other crypto related sites  they are also improving everyday.

security depends on the exchange and you. most importantly you the owner of the account. iy your account is compromised. you will definitely loose your funds. and it is advised to keep tokens on your wallet Not on exchanges. not suitable because you never can tell what will happpen.

Exchanges and web wallets are vulnerable of course, even Binance was hacked. One of my friends have been hacked, it was just a dns hack. So we must have a hardware wallet so be really safe, and use DEXes if possible, so we won't be sending our money to some other company.
