What "end" you mean, bro? ICO? I think ICO still survives, there are still some projects that use ICOs for their initial sales. I don't agree with you if you say that ICO has already over. IEO is just an evolution of ICO, it is another way for a token sale. But ICO doesn't mean to end.

I have no problems with many new coins whether they are from ICO, IEO, STO, or others. As long as they are from quality projects, their future can be good. But if they are from untrusted projects, they will be hard to compete and potentially to end as dead coins.
