Dump all my alts and invest to eth and bitcoin!

I think that selling your altcoins for bitcoin and ethereum is not a good decision in my opinion. I know that bitcoin drive the market, and a drop in bitcoin price will affect the prices of all altcoins; but some altcoins are very profitable especially these coins with very good used cases and popular besides ethereum. Check out altcoins like Tron, Bat, BNB, Litecoin, Bch ,EOS etc.

I think by the time this post was created, it was too late to sell my altcoins. They have long lost very much in price. Of course BTC and ETH are good coins but I wouldn't sell my altcoins at the expense of buying these two coins. The time will come and altcoins will show strong growth. Whales also make a pump on altcoins

This is the right decision. You should not keep all your funds in bitcoins and ethereum, no matter how attractive for investment they may seem. It will be much better to invest in various promising altcoins. Over time, they can bring much greater profits. Bitcoin is already significantly outdated and if there is no way to improve it, it will inevitably give up its position. At the same time, altcoins are developing rapidly, and even now, in the context of a general fall in the cryptocurrency market.

I've come to my mind, If it is a good idea to dump all my remaining alts even its not yet recover from their usuall price and buy bitcoin and etheium. Because I notice bitcoin is started to surge and eth as well.

It is not a good idea to sell altcoins in losses and investment in Bitcoin or ETH. If you have free Bitcoin or Ethereum, you can take risk of investment in bitocin and ethereum. But by taking losses in altcoins, it is not a wise decision.

Bitcoin up altcoin will also go up. That's what I saw when ehereum, BCH, Ripple, Stellar, and other altcoins when bitcoin prices increased.  Why don't you save part of altcoin and buy part of bitcoin for your long-term investment. This will not make you lose because you sell all altcoin just to buy bitcoin.

I think your idea is much better, if you think your altcoins don't have a future then better dump it then buy eth, btc or bnb then hold it for long term. I don't recommend to hold an altcoin that doesn't have use case cause it will continue to fall down to nothing. Unlike Major coins there is a higher chance that they will increase in the long run.

You care about altcoins but it is not your priority. Actually ethereum is altcoin. Before you earn them, hard work and patient is necessary to achieve your goal.

I cannot say it is a good or bad idea, but I can surely say that it is reasonable and the safest way to invest. I used to hold tons of shitty altcoins which got rekt and lost me tons of money, yes at first they earned a lot but I think that it is no different than gambling when it comes to small cap altcoin investments.
