Ministrul rus al Comunicațiilor Nikolay Nikiforov.

A spus că statul a emis criptocurrency "CryptoRuble" nu poate fi exploatată și va fi emisă și controlată și întreținută numai de către autorități. CryptoRubles pot fi schimbate în mod obișnuit pentru ruble, deși în cazul în care titularul nu poate explica de unde provin CryptoRubles, va fi perceput un impozit de 13%. Aceeași taxă se va aplica oricărei diferențe câștigate între prețul cumpărării simbolului și prețul vânzării.
