链闻消息，在 TokenInsight 的线上 AMA 活动中，加密货币交易所 BitZ 的首席商务官 Tiffany 回答了关于如何为行业培养更多用户的问题，她表示，「努力培育市场和培育用户，和行业优秀的同业一起把市场做大做强。对于做合约用户视频教程我们也进行了全面、认真的规划，目前已经完成 6 期教学视频和 10 多期的合约小课堂直播，受到了用户的欢迎，并且针对不同人群，陆续推出合约入门、进阶、高阶的视频课程。BitZ 将在 2019 年合约市场上继续投入百万美金级别的合约运营预算，主要就是用在合约用户和市场的培育上，为行业吸引更多的增量用户。」
