Base on my experience since 2016-2019 i might say that there is a huge disparity in terms of price and growth movements. If we compare the 2017 Bullish movements of crypto prices the growth was scattered in the most cryptocurrencies in the market from 2016-2017 while today we cant see any of those trend, even Bitcoin was struggling to retain its prices. that's why i believe there is no alt season in 2019-2020.
