How many ALT coins in the crypto market?

If we look in the coinmarketcap there are 6,598 cryptos in the market but this is not accurate because many of the cryptos were not listed in coinmarketcap yet so I guess there are 10,000+ cryptos.

Thousands of altcoins that have been registered on exchangers.  You can see all the altcoins on coinmarketcap.  Choose an altcoin that is of high value and that means sensible.  Don't buy worthless altcoins.

There are many sites that will provide you with information on a list of altcoins.
I don't think you need to know the whole list, just focus on what altcoin you want to choose, because there are many altcoins left by the developers and you also need to know the list of dead altcoins here

Visit the market cap to know the total number of coins in the market. I don't know exactly. Because not all tokens are in the market cap. There are some token exchanges. Further they are not listed in the market cap. So I don’t know it exactly. Try to find out if the coins you bought are in the coin market. If you have bought good coins. Coins will be present in the market.

After Bitcoin we can say whole coins are altcoins . Their is more than 5500 Coin in Market ( according to coingecko ) . Day by day new coins start their jounery , but mostly of them failed to continue its jounery .
We must review properly before we are going to invest in any coin .

more than 6000 coins altcoin has been registered in coingecko and almost half shitcoin project or die is not particularly important to know how much has been registered in the coin rank because the most important thing you can just invest in the top 50 coinmarketcap select the best for long-term investment for choosing project best to buy a coin is quite difficult with a quick profit.
