I don't think Bitcoin price will hit $25000 in 2020 but it can touch $12000 soon. We are passing Corona difficult time and Bitcoin is staying now $8800 which is higher than last week. It is very possible to hit $12000 in the next few months if world corona situation becomes better conditions than now.

I think the maximum rate that is possible to reach by Bitcoin in 2020 is 25,000$. I am not sure the price will reach very significantly, we must consider Corona pandemic. In this situation, investors may not too focus on their Bitcoin assets but prefer to fulfill their family needs. So, there are not very significant demand in market.
