Venezuela tests Bitcoin payments for some passports

Unable to process payments via credit card, Venezuela appears to be testing Bitcoin as a viable payment option for passports and other state documents.
Venezuela’s government appears to be testing its ability to accept Bitcoin as payment for the issuance of passports and other official paperwork for citizens who reside outside the country.

Though the government of Nicolas Maduro has not issued an official statement on the matter, the option to pay in Bitcoin may be a response to recent difficulties that Venezuela has experienced in processing cross-border payments.

One day there is a big chance that the government of Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela can be making Bitcoin as an official currency the people can use in buy and sell within and without the country. And when this can happen, I am sure that BTC will be pushing solidly.
