When did you asked? Were there requirements asked of you? Maybe you can raised it to the current forum President (@mnixxo) if your case hasn't been acted yet.

I can understand the mod/s for the hold up though. I don't know the reason for the -Karma given to the OP and it could be due to a scam or other forum rule/s violation.
