You are right, and fortunately, I have all of that coins although I only have in small amount I will buy more amount of that coins if I can see the price is down in the next days. But I think many other coins can we buy and keep for a long time because in the market we have thousands of potential coins that can increase higher.

I'm just wondering why the FTO is missing from the list. Maybe SAFEX. What do you think about them? FTO now has a good exchange rate, you can think about adding new resources to your portfolio.

I think  I always thought that day trading is the best way to get more , but due to p N d schemes. Its not really advisable .I would just hold tokens/coins instead of trying to act like i know what im doing day trading this coins.

I think its Aion. Its the bwst coin to me to keep for the future.  It has own blockchain and great chance to go on high in the future. So I wanna suggest to keep Aion for the future.
