I think you have to buy not just because the prices of cryptos are generally down, but i encourage anyone to buy and hold to see how prices will go. However, some thought that buying now, that is, buying low because prices are low is a quick opportunity, but i think it may not be right in my opinion. It is possible to buy today simply because prices has dropped and, at the next hour, prices could dropped further.
In a nutshell, i think it is good to buy coins/tokens when the cash is available and ETH has good future.
