Altcoin will overtake bitcoin

Currently the supremacy of Bitcoin is unshakable and unchangeable even there is/are coin with higher value than Btc. Sometimes no matter how impressive the performance of specific altcoin, it does not affect the proof of evidence on how Bitcoin succeed.

Because bitcoin is the first of Crypto currency and  always maintain its position. Bitcoin is most popular and be believed many people. At several countries have permitted bitcoin as payment.

Never ever. Because it covers more than 65% of crypto market so how another altcoin can beat BTC? People are being in trust on BTC from 2009 when crypto started. So this long journey of BTC can beat by another altcoin just come to market. So if anybody say about it just avoid it.

Today, when there was a dump of bitcoin, we saw how all the coins lost their value. As long as this happens in the market, we can't say that altcoin will overtake bitcoin, because the price is only numbers that can change.

There are many potential altacoin it’s ok but i don’t find what coin find will beat the btc. If it is possible then need couple of years.

There are many alt coins in the market. But alt coins can never replace bitcoin. Because Bitcoin is a popular coin. The number of users of bitcoin is many times more. Bitcoin cannot be suppressed due to the large number of users. So it is impossible to replace Bitcoin. However, there are some alt coins that are popular. Has been able to gain more popularity. One such popular is Ethereum.

I agree mate. Bitcoin will never be replaced, Bitcoin is most popular and great supply. I don't there is very potential altcoin will overtake bitcoin. It is really difficult. Maybe they have good technology, But not have popularity like bitcoin.

I am not sure if altcoins will overtake Bitcoin, especially in the near future. Bitcoin is still too strong to be defeated by altcoins. We must know that Bitcoin has a big role and influences almost all crypto coins. It is something that the only Bitcoin to have it, even Ethereum cannot have those crucial things.

It depends on what these altcoins have to compare. I would exclude USDT from this list altogether, since it is not an altcoin, but a token. Bitcoin has its own history, it is a brand. So the fastest and most expensive coins do not overtake it.

I can say that there's no altcoins that can stop bitcoin from its former glory. The only thing that the altcoins can do is to ride with bitcoin when its price is heading up and surely not all can do that.

From the exchange market there are indeed some coins that beat Bitcoin about prices or prices that are more expensive than Bitcoin prices, for example the YFI coin

Bitcoin is the number one cryptocurrency in the world cryptocurrency market cap but cryptocurrency market always uncertainty in nature. None can tell strongly which coins exist and which not. But now I can't say nothing about happen in future. But YFI may be second target bitcoin.
