The Latest Updates About the KuCoin Security Incident (Continually Updated)

In response to this incident, our internal audit and related handling process is proceeding in order. We will continuously update the progress of the incident in this announcement.

ORN: Orion (ORN) has completed the Token SWAP, and trading is available on KuCoin now. About 3.82 million ORN tokens (about $9.5 million) have been secured.

KAI: KardiaChain (KAI) has completed the Token SWAP. About 525 million KAI tokens (about $10.2 million) have been secured.

NOIA: NOIA Network (NOIA) has completed the Token SWAP, replacing the about 81 million NOIA tokens (about $5 million) affected.

OPQ: Opacity (OPQ) has announced that they will accelerate the already planned Token SWAP.

Orion Protocol (ORN) Withdrawals Now Open!

The withdrawal service of ORN has now resumed on KuCoin. ORN is the first token to resume withdrawal service since the incident.

Following ORN’s token swap, the new token address is as follows: 0x0258f474786ddfd37abce6df6bbb1dd5dfc4434a.

ORN assets will be 100% safe. ORN Pool-X staking was not affected, all staked tokens and rewards will remain in place and rewards will be distributed in a timely manner.

The ORN deposit service will recover soon and be announced separately, and KuCoin will restore the full service gradually.

AMPL: Ampleforth (AMPL) has announced that they have disabled transfers of the 14.82 million AMPL tokens (about $10.89 million) from the attacker.

ORN: Orion (ORN) has completed the Token SWAP. Trading and withdrawal are available on KuCoin now. About 3.82 million ORN tokens (about $9.5 million) have been secured.

Newscrypto (NWC) Has Completed the Token SWAP!

Newscrypto (NWC) project and KuCoin team have committed to do the 1:1 token SWAP at ledgers of 31795563 to protect NWC from the security incident. Any transaction after ledgers of 31795563 will be invalidated and not legal.
