I agree because Dash and Ethereum are in top altcoins in coinmarketcap. However Ethereum is more attractive and popular that is possible to reach $2,000 in the near future. Actually not impossible to reach that price as the value today of ETH $1.3k+ . Few more dollars to cross $1.4k until $2k in the coming days.

I think that's not possible.  Actually Dash can not over take Ethereum. Dash is a privacy coin. Once it was more popular and higher rank than Ethereum but with the passage of time, Ethereum has surpassed Dash by marketcap, popularity and it's usages.
