I like the direction, Amorim is heading as Manchester United coach, not to take or begin to consider any player because he is an English player. The previous coaches of Manchester United gave Rashford and other English players an upper hand in the team, making them feel unshakable in the team, to be among the first team of Manchester United whether their performance was good or not.

Rashford being benched in Manchester United matches is to let him know that his time is up, his services are no more needed in the team. He should prepare his mind to leave the team for some other club by the January transfer window.

I just read about Rashford's comment about being left out ahead of the Manchester Derby. It seems he was a bit bitter that the new manager don't give guarantees or preferential treatment to any player. He even floated the idea of a new challenge and leaving on a good note. I don't think he'll be missed

It is good if Rashford plans to move from Man United. If he can get a regular position in the main lineup, it is better to move on a new team. However, I am sure he won't move to another team in EPL. He should move to a new league, he may move to Serie A, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, or La Liga. If he wants to get a big salary, he may consider to move to Saudi league. It will be great if he plays with Ronaldo in Al Nassr.

They had some really good games this season, but, looking at statistics from all the league games played this season, their win rate is only 50% and the average points per game is 1.875. The same stats for the last season were: win rate of 74% and points per game of 2.34, so pretty notable difference.

What a bizarre game that was.
Two of the goals form Man United were nothing more than early Christmas presents from the Tottenham goalkeeper, who was really sluggish in clearing the ball.
Then there was the 4th goal for Tottenham that should not been allowed, as Tottenham's substitute, Lucas Bergvall, clearly interfered the United's goalkeeper by moving his arm while they were both in the air.
Anyhow, it was a good test for Amorim's team, and they failed it, proving there's still a lot of work to do (and perhaps more player changes) before they can perform at the expected level.

The match was really tough though, Tottenham really utilized their chances and try to buried the game. Man United was having a great opportunity and possibilities to win the match but it was so unfortunate for them they loses despite the possession was very far from each other Tottenham manage to put the game in their palms and took advantage of their chances and win. They really tried they put in so much effort and the hard work really pays them out.

It's a shame that in the end Man United had to lose in that match. But the match was really exciting and fierce. And as I said I will not be disappointed with this result even though it seems like I was wrong in my prediction. Tottenham have been more consistent this season than Man United. So it's very natural to see them win. Amorim still seems to have some homework to do.
