I believe that this question cannot be answered unambiguously. It seems to me that the stumbling block is the state, where the management system has a huge corruption component. I think the government of all countries should legalize this bitcoin.  Bitcoin is legal in some countries.  In some countries this bitcoin is not legal. However, in all the countries where bitcoin is legal, but in all countries, bitcoin is being used. Yes you are right. If government can not control it then definitely they will not approve it. There are many negative aspects on bitcoin. Money laundering will be the main issue on the other hand criminal will get advantage form it. So i am sure government will not support bitcoin.
