链闻消息，据 Whale Alert 监测，北京时间 11 月 12 日 4 点 17 分，Tether 在以太坊网络新增发 1.5 亿枚 USDT。对此，Tether 首席技术官 Paolo Ardoino 表示，这是一笔已授权但未发行的交易，意味着该金额将用作下一次发行请求的库存。
