I think It depends the progress of the project. If you join bounty me teh project is good, I think We should hold our tokens and wait the higher price  But at crypto currency is unpredictable,  learn the project and the team

i have sold out a large number of my bounty rewards and it turns out to be successful project. i sold Ferrum, sold DIA, sold out Harmony and all did good. i was surprise to see Coti moving up in terms of projects with future. but also to say that 70% of tokens earn during bounty did not survived in the market due to their poor marketing and listing in a terrible market.

Keeping bounty rewards might lead to loosing parts of the rewards because most tokens after ICO and listing in exchanges the price start dropping, so selling off bounty reward would be better unless you believe the project and your sure the token has good potentials to rise in future then you can keep to acquire more profit in time to come.

It is true knowing that a project once completed will result in progress so being successful is not easy. usually when we get from the bounty results even though it hasn't arrived at the price that was when the sale occurred, we have tried to sell it for fear of making the coins worthless, and the exchanger does not accept the exchange of coins anymore. I have experienced such things myself and obviously it is traumatic to take action to hold back when there is no full belief. so just humane the actions that you do and almost all will also experience.
