Yes, I think big whales always have the power of driving force to moves bitcoin price .But It will need big fund. Because bitcoin has high demand and there are several factor will affect bitcoin. The main factor is demand and supply

Whales are increasing in numbers I can say as Institutional and as well as big business tycoons also taking interest in investing in the bitcoin. High potential with a low supply of coins and increased demand of Btc force to move bitcoin price in my opinion even increase adoption also the reason to drive the price.
