Bounty Campaigns Management Process

So far I have been searching for the proper information and just think that I have to take help from the community member here on the AltcoinTalk forum. There are some good and reputable bounty managers here and they are managing the bounty programs for a long time.
So my question is:
How to do it? Like what is the proper way of managing any bounty program if you have been offered by someone? The pros and Cons? The share/Price/Charges? all the information a user like me needs.

Note: Please don't comment if you don't know as this question is specifically for those users who are already doing it or know how to do it. Also, don't ask me to pay you because this community is not made for tuition fees, all the users are here for sharing information free of cost despite some specific service.

To be honest I'm the sort of person who would click the -karma for that part of the post (for the reasons Zed0x explained) but by doing so I'd be giving you -2 so I refrained (as you had +1 recently from me). I don't want to give the wrong impression here, so I didn't, but otherwise I probably would have to be fair and not even bothered commenting why as it'd be obvious. Ideally, you'd just remove the part of the post which is more or less begging for karma.

The rest of your questions are completely valid and useful I think you're right, but the idea is you'd be receiving karma naturally because of it as opposed to losing it by asking for it. I think there are other users would be giving you karma right now but aren't because you mentioned it basically 

When you will get Positive Karma:

• Providing good answers, interesting questions, useful topics and helpful comments for other members

This is one of those moments I wish there was a 0 button between + and - that simply removed a +1 that was given recently, rather than giving -2.

I guess even the newbies could interpret this "begging for karma."

Forgive me in advance if misunderstood you.

We all deserve the best. We deserve +1 nor -1 depends on kinds of post we made. Sometimes got +1 from quality post
 sometimes didn't. My concern is let us continue working with or without +1. Begging is forbidden. Working is for growth.
