i don't have experience with meds but i suggest you to go and see a doctor because its the best choice always, doctor definitely knows better than us for you and he can analyze your case and give you the proper med, i hope you will get better soon.

But it really works and has been tested in neurology departments with CHF.  But you need to see a psychiatrist and a neurologist.
