You are right. More and more companies are seeing the opportunities for profit investing in bitcoin. So they are competing quickly to have it. That clearly made the price soar fast. So happy are those who have and hold back from selling it in the next few days, because the price will definitely go up again.

I am sure that long before Tesla bought Bitcoin they had already done several market studies to see if it would really be profitable for them, and like Tesla any company that knows what it does. Companies with so much capital do not take a step without knowing what comes next, otherwise they would be bankrupt.

Undoubtedly, any actions of the company follow only after a deep analysis of the market and any asset in which they are trying to invest their funds. But very rarely those companies invest in cryptocurrency that have nothing to do with cryptocurrency or trading. As for Tesla, in future plans Tesla will offer its customers to buy cars for Bitcoin, and therefore they are primarily pursuing not profit due to the growth in the price of bitcoin, but due to expanding the audience for their sales.

@Sentinel the news or rumors about Apple wasn't about Apple buying Bitcoin, it was about Apple getting into the crypto exchange business. It is a report made by RBC Capital Markets which explained the possible benefits of Apple if they launched their own cryptocurrency exchange, at the moment there is no more information, nor about the digital currency that Amazon prepares in Mexico.

Yes @atjiat, I see it as a double win. Tesla won't just make money investing in Bitcoin, but it will also make money by selling its cars accepting Bitcoin (and perhaps other cryptocurrencies, they have not specified) as a payment method. Who tells us that Tesla is not preparing its own cryptocurrency with which to buy its cars? Or that StarLink won't do the same for Internet connections? The possibilities are many.

@Master107 as we all know (and if someone did not know, they already know) Elon wants to send more than a million people to Mars. Many of those people will be tourists (although there will also be workers there), people with a lot of money of course, what do you think if the trip on the beautiful Starship was charged only in Bitcoin?.
