It is unlikely that gas fee will increase in 2021.  Because gas is currently costing a lot more.  Selling tokens takes three times as much gas as what is available.

We have nothings to do to avoid Ethereum network fees. We have to wait until the development of all three phases complete. Avoiding high peak demand time of transaction, or holding tokens in wallet until gas fees reduces can be small solution but permanent solution will have come after fully completion. Until then we have to wait, or migrate to other blockchain.

Currently one and only solution to switch this platform. If we look at Binance Smart Chain that is very much reasonable for the time. I that would be perfect choice. I am not sure ether gas fees will be reduce. I think it will continuously increasing.
