Yes, I'm ready, I think there's nothing new about it because it was already done before, But it should be improved in a major way. like the employee has an option to convert it into fiat or anything they like in real-time. because the volatility and fluctuation of crypto prices might affect the salary amount in no time that's why it should be fixed for that particular reason.

I'm ready but not my country, they will support fiat only and for them bitcoin can make crush in their local economy. Actually we can receive any salary what ever the model but if not popular, not accept in every country and illegal it make problem. We know that crypto begin from fiat ending also fiat, as long like that me and my country support it, have value not always become acceptable because need more than that.
