泰国 SEC 或将对 DeFi 进行监管

链闻消息，据曼谷邮报报道，泰国证券交易委员会（SEC）宣布，与 DeFi 有关的任何活动在不久的将来可能都需要获得金融监管机构的许可。监管机构表示「数字代币的发行必须得到证券交易委员会的授权和监督，发行人必须通过数字资产法令许可的代币门户入口披露信息并提供代币。」
