Founders of South African Bitcoin exchange disappear after $3.6 billion 'hack'?

How can that many Bitcoin just "disappear"? Was no explanation really not given at all?

It's a shame that such a large amount of Bitcoin was lost by such irresponsible people. We've actually been careful, but they are better at stealing our Coins. 
So what can be done if they have disappeared? While we can not report this case to the law.

I think you are wrong, those Bitcoins have not been lost or disappeared by magic, most likely, all funds are well hidden by the owners of the exchange. I don't know what other people think, but I can't believe someone disappears for a few days and then says that they don't know where "something" is, that it is their total responsibility, that "something" is a lot of money.

I am very surprised by this story, first of all, where did such money come from? and the thieves are so young that it is not possible to believe it, although for such money you can buy a new life for yourself....therefore, they can no longer be found.

Now the hackers will start hack the wallets and clean all the accounts and this time in the world crypto market is the new and best for investment and for earning and so much demand of this market in the world becasue so many peoples will use this.

Hmmph, I smell something fishy about that so-called hacking incident, And now that the founders were gone I think there's some shade of light on the horizon how about if that hacking incident is an inside job? we all know that it is very common in the crypto space that's why I never throw that argument. but it is just my opinion maybe I am wrong or correct.

I think it is normal that we have the doubt of whether it was a hack or not. What is not normal is that the owners of the exchange disappear for a few days and then reappear saying that they do not know what happened and that they do not know where the funds are, during the days that they have disappeared they have been able to do many things with those funds.
