链闻消息，新?? 坡星展银行（DBS）旗下经纪商业务 DBS Vickers 宣布获得新?? 坡金融管理局（MAS）的原则性批准，? ?据《支付服务法案》，将作为主要的支付机构在新?? 坡提供数字支付业务。新?? 坡金融管理局于 2020 年 1 月起正式实施《支付服务法案》（Payment Service Act），所有数字货币交易所、钱包以及 OTC 平台都属于支付型代币（包括 BTC、ETH 等）相关服务商，必须满足相关反洗钱规定，并申请相应牌照以合规化运营。
