Can Dash overcome ETH?

Dashcoin has good potential and has a relatively stable price, but to go above Ethereum, in my opinion it's still difficult, because Ethereum is in a very good position just below Bitcoin.

Dash and ETH they have the different useful method, Dash is use for masternode and for payments when ETH is used for ICO payment and create new token, coin on the ERC20 blockchain

No. I dont think DASH will overcome ETH. ETH overpower most projects unless the other projects improves their service. There are a lot of projects too that starts under the ETH blockchain and not with DASH.

Ethereum is in the greatest demand, therefore, it will be gaining faster than DASH. Additionally, ETH can be used for ICOs. meanwhile, I believe that DASH will be the altcoin that can come in the top-10.
