You just have to learn your lesson and move on. If you made a bad decision then make it a stepping stone so that the next time you do a trade, you will know better. Before, I decided to hold a coin and then later on, the coin just becomes worthless, so now when I have a coin, I would just sell it and then maybe buy back later on. At least, I was able to get something from it.
