According to exch website, the ETH conversions are back online and working again.

eXh team started interesting campaign of repoting phishing links, and they are paying Bitcoin reward for correct reports.
This is a great initiative from them and it will help shutting down all the fake websites that are constantly scamming people.
I suggest visiting original link in bitcointalk forum, services section and carefully reading all the terms and conditions.

I wondering what mixers use eXch in the background? These mixers don't actively buy Monero/alt/BTC, yet they charge a 5% fee for the mixing service.

That seemed interesting to me from their last post. Although, they don't have to use XMR, swapping another currency will give them a similar result, at the same time with a smaller fee of about 0.5%-1%.

What will they do with the reports? If there any way to take down those websites,? Report to Google?

They are not using any mixers as far as I know, they are simple swap exchange, you can't exchange BTC-BTC.
5% fee for monero trading is NOT charged for any mixing, and priced for monero trading on big centralized exchanges are fake.

They are not doing anything with reports, but hosting services and g00gle will shut down scam phishing websites.

Just swap bitcoin for lighting bitcoin or vice versa.

This is why I ask, in the ByBit case the Ethereum wasn't sent directly but was sent to a mixer, that mixer was using eXch in the backend.
eXch fees are less than 1% and these mixers charge 5% as a fee, they get profit and use eXch.

The ByBit exploiter's funds were diverted to a wide variety of bridges, centralized/decentralized exchanges and mixers in an extremely short time frame, and given that some mixers use eXch as one of their backends, this explains how some funds ended in our mixed pool later.

One was shut down already, but you can suggest adding any new phishing domain that was not previously listed by eXch, that needs to be approved first.

But bitcoin on lightning newtwork is not the same as Bitcoin on mainnet, and you have different limitations when you use it.
You also need to pay additional fee to get LN-BTC back to bitcoin again, as I would never hold any sats on lightning.

Yeah I see now, but as far as I know mixers use many exchanges not just exch.

exch[.]cc seems to be offline. The campaign is producing results.
I am still unclear about Tucows, which behaves almost uninterested, although the .cash impersonating site is registered under their authority, that is, with their partner.

I am impressed by the fast results as well. The considerable amount of the reward certainly attracted many participants.

I think that the domains  which are not impersonating exch directly are more complicated to be removed. They just have links to phishing domains
