Selling bitcoin is always depend on the price status and maybe the needs of the holder. I believe that selling btc in a verry low price is just a loss so we need to hold it until the time comes that it's price rise so that we can earn a huge amount of profit.

I personally prefer to hold my bitcpin than to spend. Because bitcoin is the KING of crypto currency and very profitable.

When the market is red now, I think Hold is the best way. I will sell whne the price is high.
