The Finals is set and it would be between the TNT Katropa and the Barangay Ginebra. This matchup of the Finals is very exciting as we don't know who will win, 50-50 as we say.

First game would be on Friday, March 14.

Today will be the game 1 of the best of seven Finals between the Ginebra Kings and TNT Katropa. As i've mentioned on my post in the other forum, the absence of Jayson Castro will be the biggest factor of this series. I think Ginebra will avenge their loss on the Katropa last Commissioner's Cup. I'm betting for Ginebra to win game 1 and cover the slim spread.

The series is now ties at 1-apiece. Ginebra have a good run in the first three quarters of the game last night but TNT managed to crawled back and got the lead in the dying minutes of the game but fortunately Brownlee answered back with a 4 points on his own which was enough to get them the W.

Game 3 of the Finals tonight at 7:30 PM Philippine time.

I'm still backing Ginebra to win this game and cover the spread. Hope that the 3-point shots of the TNT Katropa won't go in like in game 2. Also hoping that RJ Abarrientos will show and be productive on the offensive end.

Result from last night's game:

TNT won a close battle with a score of 87-85 with Brownlee getting injured in the third quarter of the game. He needed to be taken to the hospital because of dislocated thumb. There is a big chance that he won't be suiting up for the rest of the Finals because of that injury.

With Justine Brownlee's status to play still uncertain, I'm not going to bet on who will win tonight. Instead, I'll focus on the total score. Given how close each game has been, I think the total score will still be under 180.

Result from last night's game, Barangay Ginebra now leads the series 3-2 and they could take the crown on Wednesday.

Seems that things are not going the TNT's way as of the moment as they are now disintegrating with coach Chot Reyes and Poy Erram involved in a shouting match which resulted in the loss of momentum in the second half of the game yesterday.

I'm having a hard time on who to bet tonight but i have to trust my instinct that no more game 7 will happen. Besides, TNT is now in chaos following that shouting match between coach Chot Reyes and Erram, Oftana. Yes, Oftana also involved in a verbal tussle with coach Chot and there's no post on social media that they are now okay so i assume that they are still not okay thus affecting their game tonight .

Result from last night's game.

TNT forced a sudden death game seven this Friday with a win last night with the heroics of Rondae Hollis-Jefferson plus he got good local support from the likes of Ray Nambatac who contibuted 23 big points.

Finals game 7 tonight.

Betting for Ginebra -2.5 @1.99, very coverable spread if they will win game 7. Never say die spirit will prevail and the crowd will be a factor when it comes to game 7 and for a little bit of trivia, Ginebra is 3-1 when it comes on game 7 so statistic-wise they had a high chance to win tonight.

TNT is this year's Commissioner's Cup champion in the PBA. A thrilling game that you can't predict who will win until the final buzzer sounds but in the end it was the Katropa who had the breaks of the game, making 3's when it counts the most.

The PBA All-Filipino-Cup will kick off tomorrow with a double headed at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

No betting odds yet for these games as it is more than 24 hours before tip-off. Will post my bet here tomorrow.

Converge ML @2.56 - I just feel that Converge can compete with any teams in the PBA without an import because their roster at the moment are filled with talented players.
