Submit your Address as mention ALTS is an Etherum token so submit ERC20 address and you can check your transaction using ETHERSCAN hope it will help

Technically ALTT tokens are rewarded, there is no withdrawal process. ALTT are rewarded for giveaways, promotion and to moderators.
ALTS are activity based (points) and can be withdrawn here: https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=833.0
But temporarily suspended until gas fees on Ethereum network are resolved.
