This thing is not true like that, the reason why we have more men in gambling is because they show their own, we have women that loves gambling but because many of them are feminine in nature, they are not just naturally program to gamble like the way we men gamble and because men like more risk, that's why you see less of them gambling.

However, today we have more women gambling because of money, the economy is hard for everyone and gambling is now seen as a means making money and we have some of them that actually make money from gambling.

Not anymore in this generation, there are also women in sports and gambling, in the past that was the case because of the concept that women should just stay home and care for the children while men could go out to make a living and go to whatever they want to do.

I think gambling has to do with the level of exposure to certain aspect of life. Men tend to be more exposed to things that triggers gambling than women. When it comes to sporting activities such as basketball, football, cricket, etc, we tend to have more interest from the male than the female. The interest leads to the level of exposure, which then triggers gambling activities among men. In other sense, a man that doesn't have idea on sporting activities or casinos won't bother going into gambling, as there are no physical exposure.
