Some advice that might be related to this is don't push your luck if it turns out that on that day you feel like you are unlucky in doing anything. I'm sure, everyone has their own unlucky day and it's very boring. Every decision you make will be unlucky, so you have to take a break from whatever it is when it happens to your life.

I agree with your suggestion to calm your mind first, we need clear thinking and also mature calculations in order to produce better decisions.

It's true, not always the day we go through always gives us luck. Sometimes we also have to go through a very tiring day because there is too much pressure and too much work that makes us work beyond the limit. Health is number one, so when that all happens, I prefer to close my eyes and leave all activities for a moment.

If you set your mind that trading is earning profit you already made a mistake that mindset will control you self in greediness or fear that's not a good mindset based on my experience you should always think that you trade only based on your analysis and you should manage the risk and don't think about increasing your PNL just trade only based in your strategy and rules you stick to one strategy if you always change your strategy you will never be able to tweak and optimize your strategy.

Recently, Bitcoin retested the 57K price range, and I was worried about the market because some crypto analysts were saying that we may enter a bear market if Bitcoin breaks 59K support.

But look at the market now. It pumped again proved them all wrong.

Current but I think it's not for everyone though, as we could suffer big losses and then quit. Or there could be traders who despite man losses, continue to do because they think that this is normal and every successful traders goes to this kind of initial suffering, but we can win and get a lot of experience from it. But as I have said, like myself, I don't like the feeling of having to be in front of my pc all the time that's why I quit trading. But I have respect to some successful traders as they where able to stay and maintain their position long enough to experience a big success.

Even the greatest traders don't always make correct predictions. They are simply skilled at managing risk in each trade so that if they are wrong, they lose little, and if they are right, they make huge profits. Wrong predictions are part of a trading career and traders need to get used to them in order to continue learning and trading to make profits through experience and discipline in the crypto market.

It is difficult to give any advice, especially when we use different methods, I just hope that traders will continuously learn and optimize the technical analysis tools they have to make stable profits over time. I also experienced losses in trading, but my wins were more.  So I continue to trade until now.  Maybe you can't say I'm a professional trader, just someone who is learning to trade, but it's been quite a long time, almost 7 years.  There was a lot of bitterness and defeat at the beginning of learning trading, but I learned from all those experiences.

An ease comes after hardship therefore if you are not getting profit at start then make it sure that you have learned something better from your mistakes so after a long term struggles you will definitely be a better trader in future.

We are witnessing that many individuals are experts in the crypto field but these were not experts by birth but have faced many challenges but did not give up and now they are teaching others according to their experience that nothing is impossible.

No worries OP, That's kind of natural when it comes to starting trading. You need to get the hang of it and somehow make ways to profit and predict it correctly. It's not an easy task on the path of profitability in trading and it's always not going to be a 100% prediction rate because there's nothing like that.

For the emotions that you are feeling, it's valid but make sure that you remove yourself and see yourself in an outsider's perspective so you are taking things objectively.
