All wallets offers customised gas fee. And the gas fee issue is still On the Ethereum network. The only thing solved with POS move is energy usage I think. For, I don't think any wallet can solve gas fee problem.
Wallets cant fix anything in the on-chain network, always there is a need for changes in the network protocols to establish change but this is not possible to manipulate maximum protocols due to security issues, ETH scalability issues are not new, and many proposals many upgrades still it causes sometimes a bottleneck in transaction processing due to the over and nonsystematic approach of Dapps, well we cant even blame the ecosystem projects as well, but solutions seem like working well these days like L2 (Base, Arbitrum, and OP some others as well), TBH when you think of high gas fee just avoid the transaction for a while.
If you cant then move on to the other solutions, also as there was mentioned about wallets, I won't prefer using a super low customized gas fee your transaction can fall into dead mode still there are some wallets to add transaction processing fees by boosting it with more charges but I haven't used any of them just heard of it.
