If scammers or hackers are smart, we should be smarter than them, so that we don't just fall victim or fall into their traps to be scammed.
I always recommend that people learn how scammers operate, it is always good to be one step ahead of them. If someone chats you and offers you a job, you understand that recruiters do not reach out to your first, you need to be applying for a job, so if you have not applied for any job, you should know that it is a scam.
Just a few days ago, I've received what I believe is a "Task Scam" on Telegram, and knowing that it's Telegram, I immediately ignored it.
Let's think of this. People will not come to you randomly and will share an opportunity for you. Most of the time, it's you that will go and grab those opportunities. You can be one step ahead of scammers, but they will try and scam newbies out there. Like you said, it's always good to know how these scammers operate, and to add some knowledge into it, I always suggest watching videos online on how to prevent getting scammed.
Just think of this quote. "If it's too good to be true, it's not true."
