But how do you guys know if your bounty is trustable? Why do you personally trust bounty you're participating in right now?

Both passive and time wasting, passive when the bounty is successful and earn from and wasting of time when the campaign is not legit and already scammed..

first thing first, bounty is not a passive income, since we should do some work before getting reward, and if we talk about wasting time or not, it depend on what campaign you've choose, if you choosing article, signature and video its really not wasting your time, but if you only choosing social media, yes its so wasting time

For me, It is waste of time. Many scam on bounty campign. I dont like that. I prefer investing.

I don't think it is a passive income.  Peoples spent a lot of time for bounty campaign, it's a real hard work if you working on several bounties.  My friend told me that, he is already doing this for a year.

I considered myself a full time bounty hunter, I manage more than 150 campaign on Twitter plus some YouTube ones.. it takes lot of time and on 40% of cases ico fail or scam or I don’t receive a decent payment but there are few ones that for example gave me more than 3000$ in tokens..

Yes, I think bounty campaign is  a great passive income. Because I have gotten alot profits from it.

There's a lot of things to considered and must be noticed before participating in bounty campaign so that at the end of your work it would not be a waste of time rather a meaningful time and effort that you've did.

Yes, you're right!
Recently most of people wasted months to do unworthy bounty campaigns.
But I think that trend is changing, money will rain on crypto again.
And bounty campaigns soon will be quite rewarding and attractive.

It really depends upon the situation, if we choose the real and true project participating then it is a a good source of passive income, but if we choose the fake and a scam project then we really wasting our time. So choose always the legit and real project to participate or to invest.

I think It is passive income. I participate in bounty camoaign since 2017, I have gotten alot income from it.

I think bounty campaign is great way to get income. Although many people say It is waste the time. I still believe bounty, and You must choose the good project by learn white paper and their team.

Actually, I participated in 40 bounties, for 4 moths, but didn't get nothing yet.
One project distributed its tokens, but it turned out to be a scam project.

In the first place we should accept the fact that we are at risk. That is why we need to follow the trusted team/manager who manage the campaign to have a little chance of assurance.

Taking risk is personal obligation of every person that participates in bounty or invest in ICO, you're definetely right.
But also community should ban a bounty managers who knowingly advertise scam projects.
