certificate is very important it has so many roles to play in human life but this time people dont depends on it anymore,people upgrade there human skills to add up with the certificate they have,when there is no job for a now the skills is there for survival.

It is actually governed by the situation and family situation in a country because if the quota of a country is low, then the certificate is worthless. Again, if your family does not have enough funds to spend your study cost then you will not get higher education certificates.
However, it is important to have practical work experience in every person life because if you do not get a job then you can manage your life by doing business or other work. I am never short of the certificate but in the backdrop of the present the real work experience is considered more valuable.

For employees who have good relations with political parties, getting a job is not very difficult. Getting a better job or being able to secure a better job today is not about qualification, its about your connection with an influential person. Unfortunately, for the poor, having a certificate can be worthless without the right connections. even if you graduate and you have certificate don't expect to get job easily if you are poor. That is why it's important for us to be proactive and strategic in our efforts and we shouldn't allow our efforts to go in Vain. While you are still in school it's essential for you to work hard and acquire well understood knowledge in a specific area, for you to be qualified from the institution. the workfield really is difficult to break into because not a lot of companies are so willing to accept fresh graduates because they want someone with loads of experience already but how would that be possible if they just have graduated lol and usually companies do not treat newbies well so these fresh graduated find it hard to find a good paying job that is proportional to their skill set

why would a company accept someone and then send them back to school? lol that doesn’t happen otherwise they are just wasting their money on someone who needed more time in school they just simply wouldn’t accept them if they feel that they are not up to standards of the company and because of this rejected graduates may feel compelled to just go back to school instead

Why not? It's all about showing the necessary skills that you have with that certificate. It's possible that many people work without a certificate, but having one is better. It depends on the industry you are trying to get into as well, so better watch out for that.

Yeah, I get it, but not everyone has the chance to learn new skills or be creative. Some people don’t have the money, time, or support to make it happen. Skills are important, but we should also try to make it easier for everyone to learn and grow, so no one gets left behind.

I concur with this. I once had a friend who was a very intelligent person but he lacked the finance to learn a skill he so passionately wanted to learn, he tried to get help from friends and family financially but the money he realized wasn't even enough for him to feed talk of less learning a skill and this friend of mine was a graduate. So learning a skill is not the issue here, because almost everyone want to learn a skill but most persons are not financially capable to actualize this.
