It is true that experiences as well as observing other people can be beneficial in one’s learning process. Because in general every experience is equal to something that can be received, be it from positive experiences as well as from the failures that have happened. The more information we store within us the greater the chances of knowing the variety of events which might take place in the future. I previously did not talk about the priority scale for learning from what others experience that we experience ourselves. However, in my personal opinion it would be better to make both in the same place.

His friend surely don't know anything about bitcoin because there are people who are into crypto for a very long period and they still don't understand the basics, they are seeing their fellows making huge profits and in chase of big profits they are targeting them too while they should be making profit small or big it should not be the main priority.

I’m currently viewing his friend as one of those who got into bitcoin or cryptocurrency because they heard that they can get rich with it and now they are left disappointed after discovering that it’s more than just buying random altcoins and holding and then expects to be the next Elon musk with it.

I don’t know how much his friend has invested that made him have that kind of mindset but I do think that he didn’t know many things before he got into it- if he knew he’d have prepared his mind also himself to help minimize the risk/losses.

I read a tweet on X recently from a celebrity in my country who went on social media and started complaining about cryptocurrency - calling it a scam because of the recent dip in prices of some coins, so he took to the internet and started saying that people should stay clear from it that there are people who usually control the prices of coins and that they are the once’s making the most from bitcoin.

This type of people just tell you that they didn’t do their due diligence before hopping into the ecosystem - they probably read one or two testimonies from a random article which was probably shilling a shit coin and then decide to go scoop their own millions from bitcoin as others have claimed to have been scooping only for them to meet a different reality.

I have a friend, he even knew cryptocurrency since 2013 but got involved massively in 2017 when there were many ICOs. He also said that forums like altcoinstalks and bitcointalk have been inactive since 2019 (unfortunately, I was not told which username his account was, maybe to protect his privacy) and since then he has only worked on airdrops.

I don't believe a user that old said both forums are inactive. I can't say anything about this forum but I have seen how active BTT was in 2019 as the past posts tells the truth, and he find those ICOs not profitable and trading too, so he went into airdrops in a era when airdrops were giving a lot of money to the participants.

And still he says he want to leave crypto, he was in a golden era, where we all wish we would be so we could make lot of profit and your friend is saying he don't like crypto now and even said BTC can't go up again, how can that be true. Even a newbie when spending a cycle in market knows how much potential BTC have.

Since I have been in this crypto currency since 2019, I have seen that the price of this BTC was around 17k to 20k. At that time, the price of all coins was not that high, almost the price of coins was normal. But since 2024, the price of BTC has been increasing gradually and we have seen it in 2025, so it has pumped 100k. But in the last few weeks, we have seen that the price of BTC has decreased slightly, and the price of all coins has decreased by about 15% to 20%.
