Different countries in the world have distinct law, governing digital asset, despite bans or restrictions, transactions still occurs. How do these transactions occur despite regulatory challenges.
Transacting via crypto used to be illegal in my country before now but the current administration governing the nation have fully approved cryptocurrency activities so it's no longer a difficult or illegal engagement. That said, people in the crypto community during the time crypto transactions were banned were still able to maneuver the system and make their transactions just that it was kept confidential amongst us to avoid facing the consequences of engaging in government banned activities

In my country there is no prohibition on having digital assets such as BTC and other altcoins, where in my country there are already local exchanges, as long as we can follow the rules of the exchange, then we have no obstacles in buying and selling crypto.

Not on it's own, I don't know a single entity in my country that accepts crypto payments. But, I can use services like Bitrefill to buy gift cards of local ecom sites and purchase anything there, these days ecom sites have plethora of products and can do utility recharges too, it's pretty lit, makes using crypto for irl stuff ez.

Crypto is legal in most countries, and since that is the case, crypto transactions go on as normal. If you are talking of countries where BTC is banned, it is in such situations that the people who use crypto in such places run the risk of getting on the wrong side of the law.
You could express your prefer opinion, i think that if all country can legalize for crypto currency it must be very helpful for all crypto currency users. But unfortunately crypto currency is illegal for our country. If we follow in the worldwide, we can see that those country permit legalize they must be out from poverty. So i believe that if our government want to interest for this issues, i think that it will be easy solution for our country. Because without permission from our government and central bank crypto currency use will be very difficult for us. So i expect our government take step for legalize bitcoin and others crypto.

Its using crypto in our daily transactions that is not easy to do but if you mean just trading, its very open to trade crypto from BTC to all other cryptocurrencies like stablecions.

A country that has legalized Bitcoin, it should have been easy but the adoption is not that wide. I think the adoption of Stablecoins might spread faster than Bitcoin if the government will just vouch for these stablecoins.

However, great importance must be attached to the fact that for now, Crypto has a high potential but its integration into the daily transactions is quite challenging especially for individuals who are not accustomed to using Bitcoin for their daily transactions. The legal system of countries that provide some permission to Bitcoin should also give it a better ground but here case is not so simple. Here, we can observe that there are other solutions that are quickly adopted by the public when it comes to stablecoins. From here we can expected more support or guarantee from government for stablecoins, we may expect more daily use of the stablecoins due to the fact that they are stable ones.

Despite regulations and stringent laws by several governments against cryptocurrency, transactions have still been carried out in my country. users successfully bye pass internet protocols with the aid of VPN. They veil their IP addresses just to make it look as though they are transacting from other countries. Mesh network too is also another antic; this is possible as users transact directly without the knowledge of Government regulatory bodies and some other ways that make daily digital asset business thrive despite government laws.

The government doesn't have any control over the blockchain so transactions can happen even if a country ban in their region so which answers your question why people able to make transactions when there is a ban.

And operating platforms in a banned country is different and that is not possible when ban in place whereas people can use VPN or proxies to access the platform and keep using it as long as the platform accept KYC documents from your region.

One thing is setting a rules and another thing is implementing and enforcing it, so the reason why you will see some countries bans a digital asset and people still do it from their is because they don't have the resources to completely restrict everyone, there are countries in the world that since they banned any digital assets nobody from there has navigated to go against it, though crypto space is one of the place that is very difficult to ban everyone in the country because there might be so many other route, for example exchanges and non custodian wallet for saving coins but it actually depends on a country.

Although we're not legally allowed to use it to purchase goods and services (as a legal tender), we have no difficulty in exchanging it in our local currency. Banks have been disallowing accounts related to crypto trading before but they are more open now. At this point, the main issues with us is the local exchanges that aren't up to par yet with international exchanges and also the blocking of accounts.

We can also note that coming up with a ban is just one half of the enormous task that governments have in handling the online environment. Therefore, resources, level of oversight, and technical readiness become the reasons that while in some countries it is banned in name only. However, there are developed countries today that have managed to keep the use of digital assets controlled to the extent that the crypto community’s manoeuvring space is nearly nonexistent. Thus, the non-custodial wallets or giving the global exchanges the primary role once more show that the people who are engaged in digital assets will always find a way to have interaction with them as the full control is so far nearly unattainable.

Usually, P2P and OTC are straightforward ways for investors to deposit and withdraw funds from this market. The government probably knows this, but they're not regulating it because crypto isn't considered illegal property, they just haven't specified how to use it yet.

The most dangerous scenario is if people use crypto for payments instead of fiat, because this is seen as damaging to fiat and could be severely punished. That's why crypto in my country is still just a speculative asset rather than a potential means of payment.

Re: How easy it's to use cryptocurrency in your country ?

Usually, P2P and OTC are straightforward ways for investors to deposit and withdraw funds from this market. The government probably knows this, but they're not regulating it because crypto isn't considered illegal property, they just haven't specified how to use it yet.

The most dangerous scenario is if people use crypto for payments instead of fiat, because this is seen as damaging to fiat and could be severely punished. That's why crypto in my country is still just a speculative asset rather than a potential means of payment.
Yeah, the Vietnamese government hasn't accepted crypto yet, they just haven't banned it. Crypto trading activities still carry a lot of legal risk if the Vietnamese government decides to ban crypto in the future following the "guidance" from the Chinese government, so investors always avoid mentioning crypto in transfer details.

Crypto is only used as a financial investment tool for the people. USDT is utilized to transfer money from overseas to Vietnam easily and cost-effectively. No one dares to use crypto for payments, that action could lead to severe penalties for users if they don't have some influence in society.

Surprisingly, Vietnam is still a country with many people who love investing in crypto. They are willing to take risks with this new asset class to seek opportunities to change their financial standing.

In my country, if there is a sudden influx of funds into my bank account so i need to provide proof of source. Of course for small funds it is not a problem. However, since i am not authorized to sell crypto directly here, i exchange it into my country's currency through some site. I don't want to get into any legal trouble so i always try to stay private. Also, nothing can be bought with crypto in my country so meaning there is no online shopping, which means we can't spend crypto directly. Whenever i earn money from crypto, i convert that money into my country currency.

If you don't want to have problems with the law, make transactions with privacy, because each country's policy is different. In my country, crypto is allowed so I have no problem when making these transactions on local exchanges.
Although taxed, because the government has allowed it, I feel safe.
