You will have to define the context you have applied to the word "use". Do you means crypto ATMs, or making payments to buy things or maybe registering with an exchange via the KYC route? As for regulation, over time it is changing but the process seems to be slow.

Different countries in the world have distinct law, governing digital asset, despite bans or restrictions, transactions still occurs. How do these transactions occur despite regulatory challenges.

No easy to use cryptocurrency in our country. Cryptocurrency is banned in our country. Our central bank prohibits this through a circular. We are using cryptocurrency secretly. Our government strongly avoid cryptocurrency in our country. But we saw many country gradually approving cryptocurrency. I hope today or tomorrow our government consider it and approve cryptocurrency in our country.

      -       As for me, in our country, even though the administration we have here is not doing well, at least we are able to freely transact our profits here in the crypto space, while our government is busy, most officials are quite busy with their looting of the treasury.

The only thing we didn't like that our government did was that they restricted Binance in our country. So, since last year we have not been able to open Binance on their website, but on the Binance apps on mobile devices it is still open.

That's unfortunate, however, I hope many of your people got the accounts on other exchanges to go to them instead.

Eventually, I think this restriction will be gone, just like many others.

Indeed, ability to trade in crypto provides so many persons chance to trade and earn from the global market but the role of government is very crucial in protecting them from abuse and ensure economic stability. The limitations on Binance ought to be understood from a regulatory point of view but one is able to overlook that such a technology can considerably be a plus on the individual and the national purse. It remains the government’s role concerning this as a chance to establish mechanisms that will help encourage the development of the potential by making sure it does not stifle the innovation in the process.

Not only in your country but also in our country. The government system was going in a terrible direction. Later, the government of our country fell through the quota movement.
However, at present, the economic situation of our country has turned around and is moving towards something good. Although cryptocurrency is illegal in our country, I see a ray of hope in cryptocurrency. PayPal was unlawful in our country, but recently, I heard that PayPal will be made usable in our country.
Many freelancers in our country face many problems due to not having a PayPal account. This problem is being solved, and something good may happen slowly in our country. The way the modern world moves forward, these will someday be legalised worldwide.

I think to my mind, when a system locks up its understanding that there are definitely some changes that need to be made and therefore withdraws from any such processes, it becomes out of synchronization with that society it is serving. Restrictions put on applications such as PayPal or cryptocurrencies stem from unfathomable fear. But the truth is, there are millions of people who rely on their computers for work, and first of all, freelancers who work remotely. When governments begin to allow these tools into commonly used platforms, it is not compromising with the protestors but just accepting that people’s lives have evolved. People need to understand that not all change should be approached with apprehensions, it can be a positive thing. This is actually the chance to develop and improve it so that what previously could not be solved by the old system can now be solved.

Maybe your government have not really looked into it to see the benefits it comes with hence their ignorance and actions towards crypto and bitcoin but believe me, when the global scale adoption begins, your government would have a rethink on their decision to unban crypto just like my country did and now my country is a crypto friendly nation. We are now allowed to own and trade cryptocurrency, including bitcoin, which seems to be very difficult before for one to mention that they do crypto deals. If I may ask you, which country are you from?

In the case of using cryptocurrency in underdeveloped or developing countries, the governments of many countries are thinking about it, but they are not yet able to give any positive decision. There are many reasons for this. However, when big countries around the world make crypto more usable, small countries will also be forced to do the same. Cryptocurrency can be used even in a banned country, especially if they want to make transactions using P2P. Governments can track it if they want, but when the majority of the general public of a country is involved in this, governments do not enforce the law, but they are busy with how to make it usable. Since Bitcoin is a decentralized currency, the government cannot find its transactions if they want. Although there is a law, it is not enforced.

There is something that is often not fully understood about crypto perhaps with regards to the issue of anonymity and being above the law. Actually, crypto is fully transparent if one decides to make its identity of the user traceable in case it is bothered. In this case, if anyone applies cryptos for a good course, is enable the provision of financial services for everybody. This however, if used only for the purpose for avoiding regulations can in fact hamper development and pace at which the public trust and legal changes emanate from the government. That is why while big countries may be pioneers various small countries are not trailing and following whatever the big countries do. By this, they can also design strategies that are suitable to the society without them feeling a loss of independence and power.

Obviously, it seems that it is mostly the big nations that inspire the smaller nations to adopt Bitcoin because I can remember vividly clear that there were many nations battling with bitcoin and cryptocurrency banning and calling it illegal, but onset from when Trump won and began to implement bitcoin and cryptocurrency into the American economy, other nations began to adopt and unban it in their country.

As for p2p transactions, it would be very difficult for the government to track it because here no identity is known as per who is transacting except if it is an exchange doing the transaction just like it was before in my country when binance does the transaction directly but after the government began their hunting for crypto enthusiasts, it became obvious that binance had to stop direct trade and opened p2p but currently binance disabled the p2p session for my country.
